Afternoon Tea
Afternoon tea is served in the lounge and combines savoury sandwiches with scones and small cakes. It is a booked experience rather than an all-day walk-in menu. We prepare portions to the confirmed party size, so dietary requests and changes need advance notice. Afternoon tea does not include spa entry or a hotel room. Choose the traditional service or the sparkling option and check the children's age range before calculating a party total.

- Traditional price
- Traditional afternoon tea costs £28 per adult and includes finger sandwiches, a plain and fruit scone to share per two guests, small cakes and tea or filter coffee. It does not include alcoholic drinks.
- Sparkling price
- Sparkling afternoon tea costs £35 per adult aged 18 or over and adds one 125 ml glass of sparkling wine to the traditional service. Further drinks are charged separately.
- Children's option
- A smaller children's afternoon tea costs £14 for ages 3–11, including sandwiches, a small cake, a scone and a soft drink. Ages 12–17 use the £28 traditional adult-sized option without alcohol.
- Service window
- Afternoon tea is served Wednesday to Sunday with starts at 14:30 or 15:30. It is not offered Monday, Tuesday or Christmas Day. The table is reserved for 90 minutes from the booked start.
- Booking notice
- Book at least 48 hours in advance. Vegan or gluten-free requests require 72 hours' notice and availability confirmation; adaptations do not create an allergen-free guarantee.
- Payment and cancellation
- Full payment is due on confirmation. Cancellation at least 48 hours before the start is refunded; later cancellation or a no-show is non-refundable. The ordinary restaurant small-party deposit rule does not apply.
- Group limit
- Standard bookings accept up to 12 people. Larger groups require a private-event proposal and do not automatically receive a group discount or a larger shared table.
