Health Club Overview

The health club combines a gym, indoor pool and quiet heat facilities. Entry depends on the visitor's membership or booked product rather than simply being on the estate. Hotel residents have specified access during their stay, while local non-members can request a limited number of day passes. The spa treatment department is separate: paying for a treatment does not automatically buy a day in every leisure facility. Read the age rules before planning a family visit.

Visitor information

Included facilities
The health club has a gym, 20-metre indoor pool, sauna, steam room and two exercise studios. There is no outdoor hot tub, squash court, tennis court or indoor climbing wall.
Adult day pass
An adult aged 16 or over may buy a pre-booked day pass for £24 Monday to Friday or £30 at weekends. It includes gym, pool, sauna and steam room, subject to age rules; classes and treatments are excluded.
Child day pass
A child aged 3–15 pays £10 for a pool-only day pass; under-threes enter free with a paying adult. Child swimming windows and supervision ratios apply. A child pass does not grant gym or heat-facility access.
Pass capacity
A maximum of 20 paid day passes is available per day, and pre-booking is required. Availability is not shown live. A restaurant table or hotel enquiry does not reserve a day-pass place.
Hotel entitlement
Registered hotel guests have included access from check-in until check-out, within the rules for their ages. They need not buy a day pass for that period, but fitness classes and spa treatments remain separately chargeable.
Towels and lockers
One leisure towel and a locker are included for members, registered hotel residents and paid day-pass users. An extra towel costs £2. Lockers are day-use only and must be emptied before the facility closes.
No live capacity
No. There is no live occupancy or facility-status feed. The published pass limit and timetable do not prove that a particular session has space or that equipment is available at that moment.
