Each team handles a different part of a visit. Tell the relevant team your preferred date, party size and the service you are asking about so they can check the correct information. Please do not send payment-card security codes, passwords or medical records in an enquiry. A request for availability is not a booking confirmation. The details below are deliberately reserved demonstration contacts and must not be used to contact a real business. There is no live form or monitored inbox behind this site.

- The fictional main reception number is 01632 960410 and the demonstration email address is reception@alderwick.example. Reception handles general enquiries and directs visitors to the appropriate team.
- Golf team
- For tee-time questions, handicaps, golf membership and equipment enquiries, the fictional golf desk number is 01632 960411 and the demonstration address is golf@alderwick.example.
- Hotel team
- The fictional hotel reservations number is 01632 960412 and the demonstration address is stays@alderwick.example. Requests should state arrival date, number of nights, room type and number and ages of guests.
- Health and spa
- The fictional health club number is 01632 960413 and its address is health@alderwick.example. Spa treatment enquiries use spa@alderwick.example and the same demonstration telephone number.
- Restaurant and events
- Dining enquiries use dining@alderwick.example. Weddings, private celebrations and meetings use events@alderwick.example. Both teams can be reached through fictional main reception on 01632 960410.
- Privacy and complaints
- Use privacy@alderwick.example for fictional data-rights enquiries and feedback@alderwick.example for service complaints. In our model policy, complaints are acknowledged within three working days and receive a substantive reply within ten working days.
