Spa Treatments
The spa offers a small appointment-led treatment menu rather than an all-inclusive thermal resort. Please choose the treatment duration you want and tell the team about relevant suitability needs before booking. Treatment descriptions are not medical advice and do not promise to cure a condition. Our therapists may decline or adapt a treatment following consultation. A treatment appointment by itself does not include unrestricted gym or swimming access.

- Massage tariff
- A 25-minute back, neck and shoulder massage costs £42. A 50-minute full-body relaxation massage costs £72. These prices cover the booked treatment only and are not day-pass prices.
- Facial tariff
- A 50-minute botanical facial costs £68. A 25-minute express facial costs £40. There is no published injectable, laser, surgical or prescription skincare service.
- Minimum age
- All spa treatments are for guests aged 18 and over. Parent permission does not create an exception for minors. Sauna and steam-room use also begins at 18.
- Pregnancy
- A 50-minute pregnancy massage costing £76 may be offered from 14 weeks, subject to therapist consultation and suitability. The site does not guarantee that any treatment or heat facility is safe for a particular pregnancy.
- Leisure inclusion
- No. A standalone treatment does not include gym, pool, sauna or steam-room admission. Buy an eligible day pass or hold valid member/resident access if those facilities are also wanted.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at least 48 hours before a standalone treatment for a full refund. Later cancellation and no-shows are charged in full. A treatment included in Stillwater Stay follows the package cancellation terms instead.
- Arriving for treatment
- Arrive 15 minutes before the appointment for consultation and preparation. Late arrival may shorten treatment time without reducing the price; another guest's appointment will not be delayed automatically.
- Treatment timetable
- The treatment department is closed on Mondays. Appointments run Tuesday to Friday 10:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–18:00 and Sunday 10:00–16:00, with Christmas Day closed.
