Meetings and Conferences
The Pavilion and Garden Room can be arranged for business meetings, training and small conferences. Capacity depends on layout, so a theatre-style maximum should not be quoted for a boardroom meeting. Our day-delegate package offers a clear per-person option, while room-only hire suits a shorter gathering. This site does not display a live room diary or guarantee internet performance. Organisers should confirm technical requirements in advance rather than assume specialist production equipment is included.
Visitor information
- Pavilion layouts
- The Pavilion accommodates 100 theatre-style, 48 classroom-style or 32 boardroom-style delegates. These are separate layouts, not interchangeable limits. Accessible circulation space is included in the stated capacities.
- Garden Room layouts
- The Garden Room accommodates 24 theatre-style or 16 boardroom-style delegates. A 24-person private dining layout does not mean the room can fit 24 people around a single boardroom table.
- Day delegate package
- The day-delegate package costs £49 per person, with a minimum of 12 paying delegates, Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00. The minimum package charge is £588.
- Delegate inclusions
- It includes a suitable meeting room, a projector and screen, flipchart, standard Wi-Fi, two tea/coffee breaks and a sandwich lunch. Bedrooms, alcohol, specialist audio production and dedicated internet bandwidth are excluded.
- Room-only tariff
- Garden Room hire is £120 for up to four hours or £200 for up to eight hours. Pavilion hire is £300 for up to four hours or £500 for up to eight hours. These weekday meeting rates are distinct from private-party hire.
- Payment and cancellation
- A 25% deposit confirms a meeting, with balance due seven days before. Cancellation at least 14 days before forfeits the deposit; 7–13 days before costs 50%; within seven days costs 100% of the agreed total.
- Hybrid equipment
- A projector is included only in the day-delegate package. No camera, conference microphone, video-call operator or dedicated connection is included as standard. Hybrid-event requirements need a separately confirmed arrangement.
